The employees have been wonderful. They have often made extra efforts to find me discounts when I didn't have insurance and I am very pleased with the service

I switched to having my pharmacy be here. It was previously at the Taylorsville Walmart. This is a great central location. The pharmacy itself has great hours. Everyone I've encountered has been really friendly and really knowledgeable. They don't seem as busy as Walmart, and the prices are even better. I'm so happy I've made the switch.

My husband and I always have a great experience here. Out of all the Smith's pharmacies, they are the only one that always has our medication in stock. Yesterday, we received the best service from Kristian. He was so fast and super friendly.

Super friendly staff, always speedy, discreet and informative. I choose this location over many others because of this. The pharmacist called to check on me a week after I had changed medications and made sure I doing well with the new meds. He asked me some good questions, I felt very taken care of, I appreciate that. Very Caring!! Thank you Tanner!

Estaban, the pharmacy technician, went above and beyond helping me get set up for the Paxlovid support program. My prescription went from $380 to $0 !! He was so kind and helpful! Thank you Estaban.

These guys were so nice to me even when I had never filled a script for awhile with this location. I called over 32 pharmacies looking for someone who had my prescription in stock. They were out everywhere. I ran out of my prescription and went three days already without. My assistant called this smiths and they were happy to help. I drove a hour there. I went to the "drop off" and the lady at the counter was very kind and empathetic. She saved my day.... And more. Going without a script is harmful. I don't think people realize how it is til it happens to them. It's awful. Nobody wanted to help me find a place that had them in stock. Your tossed to the side and on with the next person. Smiths thank you for your customer service and treating me like a person instead of a number.

kept going with this pharmacy which further away but worth it! it's better designed and the staff is just the best! Angela is really nice really knows her stuff Liz is also really good she knows my wife and I by face best customer service and they just really know their stuff.

Five stars for Liz it was my third time attempting to get my Rx filled before a trip (I’d attempted to get it three days in a row prior to the trip) the previous two days I was told it’d be 15 minute wait, which was fine i communicated I’d be back the following day. Following days came and it wasn’t prepped. Finally Liz took care of it right away without explaining it was my third time back and it took all of 2 minutes. I get that stuff happens every once in a while but it was frustrating to arrive, park, wait in line, and be told to come back multiple times. Anyway Liz thank you!
